Kimani Mwangi
Managing DirectorKimani Mwangi leads MIC as Founder and Managing Director, bringing deep expertise as a Civil Engineer focused on precision, efficiency, and excellence in construction. With extensive experience in structural design, project delivery, and infrastructure development, he has successfully delivered complex, high-value commercial, residential, and marine projects across Kenya.
His hands-on approach bridges sophisticated design with disciplined on-site execution, delivering buildable, cost-conscious solutions that emphasize quality and long-term performance. A graduate of Kenyatta University with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering, Kimani is committed to advancing sustainable and resilient infrastructure.
At MIC, he leads with a clear philosophy: engineering must deliver certainty, long-term value, and uncompromising quality for every client.
Paul Kamau
Projects DirectorPaul Kamau serves as Projects Director at MIC, bringing over ten years of hands-on experience in project delivery and site execution. He oversees the technical direction of all projects, ensuring consistent excellence across the portfolio.With a proven track record of successfully delivering more than 50 projects across residential, commercial, and institutional sectors, Paul excels at transforming designs into high-quality, completed structures. His disciplined approach to site management, coordination, and rigorous execution ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the desired design intent.A results-driven leader, Paul is recognized for his ability to maintain control and deliver reliable, superior outcomes for MIC’s clients.
